What's one thing you know you could do to improve your health?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 27, 2007:
I definately should take more sleep.
Usually at bed time I take a last look at Zaadz and in my mailboxes(4) and subscribed Forums. An hour and a half later I descide to enter for a small online battle in one of my favourite MMORPG's. At 1.30 am I suddely realise I will have to get up at 7 and rush to bed for a much too short night sleep.

This also one of my problems, being tangled up with so many interesting things, …
Today I took some rest in the afternoon in order to catch up after a couple of very intensive weeks. So finding a balance between action and rest is an ongoing battle for me too.

Mmmm. This seems to be a regional problem. Two comments by Belgians to a blog of a Dutchie! What a coincidence.
BTW: I have been working on this since that time. Quit gaming, and just take minimum 7 hours sleep. I feel much healtier now!
